Cannot publish the web site due to the large file size of photo albums.

Due to the large file size of albums_b4a541127deb1b4be9f9a803165dq8da which contains 419.85 MB. RVSiteBuilder cannot handle it, currently. Here is the workaround.

1. On cPanel >> File Manager
1.1. Copy /.rvsitebuilder/projects/485dfa410f5658aff45a139ebf49c354/albums_b4a541127deb1b4be9f9a803165dq8da to /.rvsitebuilder/projects/
1.2. Remove /.rvsitebuilder/projects/485dfa410f5658aff45a139ebf49c354/albums_b4a541127deb1b4be9f9a803165dq8da
1.3. Remove /public_html/albums_* (all photo albums).
2. On cPanel >> RVSiteBuilder - You should successfully publish the website on step7.
3. On cPanel >> File Manager - Move /.rvsitebuilder/projects/albums_b4a541127deb1b4be9f9a803165dq8da to /public_html/

There is no permanent solution yet.

PS: Do not forget to change the project ID (485dfa410f5658aff45a139ebf49c354) and album ID (b4a541127deb1b4be9f9a803165dq8da) to your own.

My site is still not indexed by Google. What should I do?

This is out of our scope of work. There are plenty of reasons why your domain is not indexed. I would suggest you to go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/. Google allows you to diagnose the problem indexing your website.

In order to bind your domain to the google webmaster tools, you may be requested to insert special meta tag on your website. You can do it in Step6 >> Meta Tags.

RVSitebuilder project was removed and do not have a back up file. How to get it back from the published web site?

If you already have a RVSiteBuilder backup project file created on the RVSiteBuilder, you simple restore it on RVSiteBuilder interface. This instruction is only for the user who don't have a back up file. Use this as a last resort only.

Find the project_id by view the HTML source of the published web site. At the bottom, you should find something like this.

<!-- Publish : RVSiteBuilder PRO Version 3.40 -->
<!-- Name : Cowboy Justice2 -->
<!-- Template : 17-319627-1_black_DiyPicture_2 -->
<!-- ID : 7e47e2980c8ff4q69d2baa5a6f49689d -->

ID is the project_id.

Go to cPanel >> File Manager (make sure check the check box to show hidden file) and go to /home/{user_account}/.rvsitebuilder/projects

Create the new folder. The name of the folder is project_id found from 1. If you already have project_id folder here, skip the step4 and try step5 first.

On your published web site, find the following folders and files, and copy it to the project_id folder

Folder
- documents ((if exists)
- images (if exists)
- media (if exists))
- flash_xx (xx is random number)
- albums_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (if exists, xx is random number)
- templates_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (if exists, xx is random number)

File
- albums_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.php (if exists)
- rvsDbBackup.sql
- setDragAndDropItem.ini (if exists)
- setOptionTableTop.ini (if exists)

Make sure the owner, group and permission of the files and folders are correct.

PS: the important file is rvsDbBackup.sql. If you do not have it, there is no way to restore it back. You need to recreate the web site manually.

Go to cpanel >> RVSiteBuilder of {user_account}.

You should find the missing project recovering dialogue. Click check box project_id and click restore button.
